The hairdresser was 1,5 Hour late. They were not very apologetic and had to call their manager to get an approval for me to get ha blow dry for free.

Good value for money in this area. I've been to this salon a few times and it seems to have different staff now. Their skills are professional but customer service could improve. I was kept waiting, I wasn't offered a drink and they didn't ask me how I wanted my hair blow-drying. It would be great to talk to customers about what they want and listen more.

I originally asked for light brown colour but as the hairdresser insisted that the colour was much lighter than it looked on the sample we went for no 6 - which was dark dark brown. It looked great when I left the saloon as the blow dry was fantastic but afterwards it didn’t suit me at all - I washed my hair 6 times that weekend in order to get it out. It also left stains on my pillow that night so not properly washed out either.

Very satisified with my visit. Did highlights and haircut with Maria. She was very passionate and did everything very carefully. The result was great, will definitely come back.
