Good, efficient and really quick at application. Friendly and helpful to suggest what I can do with my hair next so I don't damage it. Clearly knows her stuff!
Only knocking a star off because I wasn't shown a colour chart, and there was no head massage when we washed my hair. Wouldn't stop me from returning though - in fact I look forward to my next appointment:)
