Awful experience, absolutely disgusted, the blond hairdresser Carly was very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait even though I had an appointment. She was talking on her phone. The standard of service has dropped since there is no manager to speak with and the staff just don’t care. The level of service varies depending on the tip you give, if your a regular client and whether you spend serious money otherwise you get overlooked! Time to find another salon I think!
