I have been to Styles Ahead about 5/6 times having the same hairdresser with no issues. Unfortunately she was not in and had another lady. She was ok but not as good. I was asked for an extra £10 for the same services that I had not had to pay extra for in the past When I told them I wouldn’t pay this I was treated completely differently. The ladies in there all spoke in their language amongst each other which I found rude. The salon was completely empty as usual. The treatment was awful.

The venue was pretty good but staff was too busy chatting away, he woman was a trainee who did my eyelashes which had fallen off when I got home.
Cluster I have had done before also do myself lasting 2 to 3 weeks and the women who did my eyelashes said no it only last 3 days !
The staff was talking inappropriately with each other when realising I knew what they are saying they smiled and carried on the trainee was quite rude.

Recently availed of a massage and mini facial , as well as a hair cut service from the salon. Kajal was extremely good with the msaage and facial, and ensured that I was comfortable. Nayyar, who gave me a haircut, has a good grasp of individual hair strengths and limitations, and a good hand at cutting. She offered valuable advice on what lengths and style to go for. I was pretty happy with my haircut. Overall, would use Styles Ahead again.
