My appointment was for 9:30, the girls arrived and open the salon at 9:32, my haircut started at 9:40. The hairdresser was focused more looking herself in the mirror, than to work on my hair. The haircut is also awful. Really disappointed! Definitely won't go back there again!

The venue was tidy. However the massage room was cramped the only light was a phone torch - no ambience could hear people in the salon arguing. The actual massage itself wasn’t the best I’ve had - I only asked for a shoulder and neck massage and she kept going to my back. My back was fairly bruised afterwards, but this may be my fault for not asking to reduce the pressure earlier. I had a head massage, it was0/10. The lady fell asleep during my massage and pour oil into my ear 5 times in 15mins

Felt rushed, no proper system for seeing clients. Stylists switching between clients mid haircut. Cut hair due to their preference.
