Excellent customer service . The hairdresser discussed my options and took into consideration what I was looking for in my cut. They were really busy so timing was delayed, but overall really happy with the result.

My booking was for 1230 but when I arrived it seemed they did not know who would do it. My treatment started 10 minutes lates and the time was not made up. I felt the beautician who did the treatment did not really want to.
