The staff were welcoming, although I don't even know the name of my stylist as she didn't introduce herself. The cut was acceptable although it was a straightforward cut. I was surprised that, although this was an hour appointment, I had been washed, cut and blow dried and out the door in exactly 30 minutes, so didn't consider price that worthwhile.

I would not recommend this place. They did not leave the conditioner in my hair but washed it off straight away. It was not relaxing as she was too rigorous with my scalp. They did not offer tea/coffee. Throughout my appointment, they kept leaving me to pick up the phone or leaving me to do someone's eyebrows etc. In short, they are understaffed, do not seem well-trained and do not give you the attention that you paid for.
