The wax was great and gave my eyebrows a good shape. However the tint was way too dark for me, I wasn’t asked what shade I wanted before the tint was applied. I have blonde hair and was given a dark brown tint. Would have been good to ask the shade I wanted first.

The venue feels a bit grubby. The wax was ok but disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. The message was superb, the lady that did it was brilliant and really understood what she was doing.
