treated mum to a cut...hair dresser wasn't very confident in cutting..wet cut wasn't enough, still had to go back and cut it more to even out the bob

The staff were very pleasant and the venue very clean. I was seen on time. However, I'm sorry to say I was disappointed with my cut. While the stylist said my hair was not thick enough for the style I showed her in a photo, the result was 'blockier' than I asked for and much shorter. My hair grows very slowly and it will take at least two months to get to the length I want. That said, two friends have said they like the cut.
