My Hollywood waxing with Lovely was indeed a lovely experience.
Although she asked if the wax was too hot, ( to which I didn’t think it was) I was unfortunately left with a burn that took a week to heal…not ideal on holiday when sunbathing, getting in the sea etc. and was very painful when bathing.
Nevertheless, she did an exceptional job removing my hair despite it being a little short.

I will never come back here again. My daughter and I have both had horrible experiences here. I prepaid for my haircut and was then told I needed to pay more in store because I wanted layers. When my daughter had an appointment here, she prepaid on this app and was chased out of the salon by one of the workers to ask if she had paid. Terrible service.
