I booked this appointment for my mother. She came back so upset because her haircut was so choppy and unbalanced. Bits of her hair were longer than others and her hair was not cut how she wanted it to be. She wanted layers in her hair and instead she got a choppy mess, she has said she will no longer visit this salon

I had a root colour, hair cut and blow dry by Julie. It was great, everyone is very welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable. My hair looks great and Julie really listened to what I wanted so I left happy :)
