I don't know the ladies name sorry(she had blonde braids) but she was really friendly and helpful when discussing my hair needs etc. Very happy with the quick and efficient cut!

Lady was really nice and gave me advice. However, my wax was too hot and I informed her of this twice and she did nothing about it, felt like she was rushing and didnt apply no pressure, also double dipped 🤢 and on top of that answered a phone call mid wax. Wont be back again.
