I came to have full head colour plus haircut but no hair colour was made. I asked to cut my hair short, a straight and even cut, but it turned out unevenly and my hair was wavy after it was blow dryed even I asked to blow dry it straight. It was a horrible experience and terrible mistake to come to this salon. Not a single service I have paid they did not make it correctly. I was so devastated with my haircut. My hair was better before I came to this salon.

I booked this appointment for my mother. She came back so upset because her haircut was so choppy and unbalanced. Bits of her hair were longer than others and her hair was not cut how she wanted it to be. She wanted layers in her hair and instead she got a choppy mess, she has said she will no longer visit this salon

I had a root colour, hair cut and blow dry by Julie. It was great, everyone is very welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable. My hair looks great and Julie really listened to what I wanted so I left happy :)
