I booked online for 1pm slot. Had to wait over 20 minutes. They was another lady in front of me and she said she had been waiting for over 20 minutes and she left as it was her lunchbreak. However, the Beautician who did the waxing was very apologetic and did a fantastic job. It was just the waiting and the salon seemed to be disorganised as they had no idea about the booking on Treatwell
