10 minutes after my time I was called over and told to go in a room and lay on a bed with a thin clear plastic sheet and a tiny bit of crumpled paper from the last person. I asked if they’d like to change it first and the lady decided she’d do me in a chair. Not a recliner; a hairdressing chair!
Sitting on the edge of a chair with my head balanced on the back was uncomfortable, the waxing was the most painful I’ve ever experienced, my earring and ear also got wax over them.
She was abrupt and rough throughout even to finish with discussing payment.
Not somewhere I will ever go back to.

The lady was nice but did not wax all the hair off. She said it’s because she can’t wax the part twice which was very odd. They also double dip the wax stick in the pot 🤢 when I got home I still had wax in my private part. Not coming back
