I didn’t feel that I was taken care of when I was seen by Love Your Hair, poorly done balayage and bad customer service. Leah mixed the dye before I told her what I wanted, this means that the colour came out unnatural and not golden/honey coloured (which is what I requested). The balayage was done in blocks rather than blended in. The dye rubbed my hair line and cheek which irritated my skin and made me uncomfortable. I wasn’t given a towel. Cut hair went all over my shirt, making me itchy.

The balyage that Leah did for my daughter was brilliant, it looked amazing and she was super-happy with the result. Leah gave great advice about the best products to use, without trying to sell us anything. Pre-appointment communication could have been better, but all worked out fine in the end and would definitely return in the future.
