Did not listen to first time client about the colours/ outcome she wished to have. Felt very rushed with the cut. Did not finish hair nicely - just blow dried. Did not take the time to show client finished hair with mirror. Appearing frustrated when client had questions about process/ colours being used.
Salon was not very clean. Brushes being used still had hair from previous clients.

Obviously under a lot of stress and that affected the service. Not the best of experiences

Leah was very lovely and professional. She answered all my questions about proper hair care and toned my hair really well. I have Asian hair that tends towards yellow when bleaching but she toned it to perfection! Would definitely recommend ☺️ Thanks Leah!!
