Leah is a great hairdresser, I love how she cuts my hair & she’s also very talented at colouring. I’m looking forward to my next balayage with her. She’s really friendly and I really like her authenticity.

Well, the hair colour looks good. However, when drying hair none of the protection products was applied to the hair. They left dry and freeze. When washing my hair some of the colours went on my face hairstylist does not even bother to clean or apologise. The salon looked dirty, cut hair was everywhere.. Seemed like the hairstylist didn't want to be there. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome in the salon. When I get home I noticed that back of my t-shirt was ruined with bleach.question how?
