Disappointing "restyle". Booked a one hour appointment and was "finished" in 20 minutes, hair still wet and didn't realise she'd finished cutting it.

I booked for my 12 & 16 year old daughter Wash, Haircut & Blow Dry during half term. Couldn't go with them because I was working. They waited 40 minutes. And then Leah, she couldn't make their treatment because of safeguarding issues. And then she proposes to just make dry cuts and that she will partially refund me. So she cut their hair, which took 5 minutes for both of them. She told me she will process the partial refund and now she's telling that she will not refund. She is a thief and a liar
