Staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming! Lovely salon with great convenient parking outside. Unfortunately the Brazilian blow dry keratin treatment did not work in my hair. I have had previous keratin blow dries which have worked amazingly in my hair. I have thick and long hair. My hair had knots immediately after the treatment and was not smooth and frizz-free like I expected it would be after the first wash with the shampoo and conditioner that the salon gave me. In my opinion it was the products that are bad and nothing to do with the skills of the staff. Very disappointed as it's expensive!

Excellent salon to visit for any hair or beauty treatment! Pleasant and friendly staff are alway happy to offer a drink and listen to your specific requirements. Overall a treat to visit! A visit to look forward to! Always got exactly what i wanted in my treatment! Furri is an absolute gem!

Firstly I do want to say the reason I came away unhappy is cause I'm don't really like to complain and the lady who cut my hair was really nice. However I didn't get the cut I wanted and felt like I had wasted my money. Also I didn't realise that I wouldn't get my hair dried properly, which may just have been me misunderstanding what I had booked. I can't fault the lady who cut my hair and the wash was really nice. I just didn't get what I felt I asked for.
