I made an appointment online, which was changed to a different stylish. I didn't mind that so much. I then attended at my appointment time to be told the lady was off sick and that I was having a fringe cut (I have never had a fringe in my life). I shown the lady my appointment which was a wash, cut and blow dry. This had then been put on their system wrong which I do not understand how when I made the appointment online. So my appointment was cancelled. My first and last time unfortunately.

Brilliant as always. Furri is alway so welcoming, friendly and professional. Patience isn't my strong point and this is a long treatment, but we chat and have a giggle and the time flies by. Would thoroughly recommend.
