I had a very disappointing experience with Stylish Strands. A trainee initially cut my hair and, although it was poorly done, I was understanding since I knew she was still learning. I decided to give them another chance to fix the issue, but when I arrived for my follow-up appointment, I found out Toni wasn’t in and couldn’t assist me. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication—no phone call, text, or email to let me know.

Wonderful atmosphere inside. I was very nervous since it wast first time having anything like it done, but she had read my notes that I put on my appointment booking and made sure to make me as comfortable as possible, would absolutely recommend
