I absolutely love my time at stylish strands. The team are so welcoming and are knowledgeable about what will work on my hair. A few tweaks in my colouring from Toni made my hair look so lovely. I’ve had lots of compliments on my hair. Very happy.

I had a very disappointing experience with Stylish Strands. A trainee initially cut my hair and, although it was poorly done, I was understanding since I knew she was still learning. I decided to give them another chance to fix the issue, but when I arrived for my follow-up appointment, I found out Toni wasn’t in and couldn’t assist me. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication—no phone call, text, or email to let me know.
