My wax lady was really nice. However the wax was extremely hot and everytime I complained about it she didn’t turn the temperature down explaining that it the heat helps grab all the hair. While my skin didn’t burn it was very painful and uncomfortable. I think if they improved the facilities a bit as well esp the waxing room it will help the business.
