Not the best experience I've had... The wax was really hot and I had to ask the beautician to cool it down several times. There was absolutely no ambience, at one point the beautician actually shouted through the wall to her colleague in reception. The room was not very clean or comfortable. The hollywood wax was fine but she missed some areas on my legs.
