She was 10 min sure late starting the appointment, despite being told 3 times by another colleague that I was waiting and had another appointment to get to after - think she was on the phone, definitely not busy with another client. She didn’t even brush my brows into place before starting, and put no shape in which has totally changed my face as there’s now no arch in them at all.
