First of all the person who washed my hair had no clue what she was doing, water all over my face, hair not washed properly. The stylist did not offer any products for my hair. The price on treatwell was £18, when I went to pay she asked for £25, when I explained that the price was £18, I was told because my hair is thick. I paid £20. My hair did not smell nice, it was itchey. Had to go to another hairdressers the next day. Not very happy.
