I arrived on time for my appointment and was left waiting for 30 mins without being acknowledged. The blow dry itself is nice, not the best I’ve had but does the job. I have above the shoulders length hair and on treatwell it states short hair is £15 and medium £18 yet I was asked to pay £23 at the venue which I’m not sure why. Safe to say, I won’t be returning there

First of all the person who washed my hair had no clue what she was doing, water all over my face, hair not washed properly. The stylist did not offer any products for my hair.
The price on treatwell was £18, when I went to pay she asked for £25, when I explained that the price was £18, I was told because my hair is thick. I paid £20. My hair did not smell nice, it was itchey. Had to go to another hairdressers the next day.
Not very happy.
