Staff appeared to be distracted with other colleagues and customers during the treatment. It was this distraction which made my experience feel quite unfocussed as I did appear to give directions as to how I wanted the treatment; which were blatantly ignored and told, 'You should have said at the start. We can do that next time'. Quite surprised she thought there would be a next time. As someone with clinical depression, I suffer from low self-esteem when it comes to how I look and often like going to the hairdressers as it allows me to relax and feel at ease. At SU Beauty, I felt ignored and not even listened to.
