Georgette was really kind and does her work with utmost care she has very welcoming positive energy . I had acne detox treatment to reduce acne inflammation and had really pleasant experience would recommend to everyone

Had a really nice full body massage with Georgette. She kindly adjusted the temperature of the room to suit my needs. Relaxing music provided as part of the massage, I nearly fell asleep. Gave really good aftercare. I'm looking to book deep tissue massage with Georgette. Phenix Beauty suites are lovely.

Charged me £10 late fee (which was never even mentioned in email confirmation as a policy) for a massage I never even had. the Georgette lady eventually came to get me she was just giving mad attitude talking about some “u should’ve organised ur time better”. How about u organise ur policies and ur business better ?! Cos how is it my fault you lacked the common sense to explain to customers which side to find the place and what to do once they get there ?! Will definitely not recommend here
