Incredibly unprofessional, cancelled my appt 2 hours before on my bday because she was ill, I was very sympathetic and we rescheduled for 1st Jan. I left my new years plans early to be ready and travelled for over an hour just to be stood up, she’s not in the building and refuses to answer the phones. Having to call the bank and claim fraud, I’m making an official complaint, ruined my day I’m devastated, should have listened to the terrible reviewed 0 stars DO NOT BOOK!!!

Booked this appointment & paid in advance, then she didn’t even show up. Still working on getting a refund. Called multiple times while waiting outside in the cold & she never answered or even called back. Highly do not recommend.
