Georgette was really great. Very relaxing atmosphere and I felt welcome and well cared for. I appreciated the aftercare tips at the end of the massage too

I took a 60 minute mini facial + massage combo. Opted for strong pressure to release tension in muscles, and Georgette was excellent - could feel the knots as she worked on them. The mini facial was lovely too - worth noting it doesn’t include blackhead removal - but it was nice regardless. I like the ambience with the dimmed lights and soft music playing!

Georgette cancelled my appointment twice. The first cancellation she phoned me and I made allowances and changed it to a time that suited her. The second cancellation was made without any calls or emails and it was a new time that I could not attend. She called me and told me that I would not get a refund so I contacted Wowcher and they offered a full refund and a small compensation. Avoid at all costs.
