The first cancellation she phoned me and I made allowances and changed it to a time that suited her. The second cancellation was made without any calls or emails and it was a new time that I could not attend. She called me and told me that I would not get a refund so I contacted Wowcher and they offered a full refund and a small compensation. Avoid at all costs.
