First the place I could not find no signs
I called the salon no one answered
The staff was at the door, when I asked if they new were this place was, staff still did not help me, to my surprise I was outside it
Staff was rude and when I tried to ask her why she did not tell me I’m at the location and she would be treating me, staff rude I would never use them again wasted my time and money and asked me to pay late fee don’t now why when was on time and there at fault disgusted with service,

Poor communication and lack of understanding by this manipulative business owner named Georgette Aziel.
I booked the appointment more than 14 days in advance and I arrived early to avoid any inconvenience.
Despite being early and in time, i was refused the treatment as the owner is rude and unsympathetic lady. I had a rough week due to health issues and wanted to relax but this lady just made it worse.
Very inconsiderant and impolite woman.
