I found this to be a very calming venue. Fanny was reassuring and extremely efficient. I was constantly told what was happening and found this very helpful. She was kind, courteous and answered all my questions.

there shouldn't be available appointments if this isn't actually available, I paid 55 pounds online to be told the person wasn't in that day. I wasn't happy and still haven't received my refund after 24 Hours.
