I would avoid paying/booking in advance. Room wasn't ready, staff weren't ready, no wipes or anything available in the room, brows are a bad shape but by that point I just wanted to leave.

Had a lash lift and tint. Didn’t ask me any questions like that shape I wanted or colour. Came out curled like doll lashes (not natural at all) and touching my eye lid. She redid it but they are a bit crooked, not worth it. Not super pleased, didn’t feel professional and the end result was poor.
