I originally booked and prepaid in for BIAB manicure with removal (£45) however ended up getting BIAB infill (£35) I opted for chrome on top which was an extra £15 which would have some to a total of £50 however the nail tech decided I had to pay an additional £10 on top of my service instead of £5 as I had booked on treatwell as treatwell take a commission the salon is missing out on money. I did try and dispute this however the salon was full and it was very embarrassing trying to justify why they are over charging me. My nails were ok, had to refile when i got home, glad I did not end up getting a manicure as they do not sanitise their tools properly either!

When I arrived the masseuse was on FaceTime & wasn’t expecting me, then she took a while to locate my booking on the system & set up the room, which ate into my allocated massage time. Booked 30mins, got 25mins. The music playing during the session was pop & had Spotify adds throughout, kind of distracting & not very relaxing. The massage itself was not deep tissue as advertised which was the most disappointing thing, more of a gentle back & shoulder massage. Not worth £30.
