Lovely therapist and venue, but potentially inexperienced. Wax was more painful than it needed to be - she needed several goes to get some of the wax off. Didn't have the confidence of other therapists I'd experienced, who would also stretch out the skin to make it less painful. Wouldn't go back.

Nice salon, poor quality materials.
My therapist was lovely, the environment was clean and pleasant. However, my pedicure lasted less than 24 hours, whereas my home ones usually last several weeks.I had a big event 2 days after the pedicure and all of the polish had slid off most of my right foot. I assume they used cheap polish and didn't use a good base or top coat, I've never had this happen before. V disappointed, would not go back.
