Cassie was lovely however I am confused as to why the lashes only took 40 minutes when typically lash extensions take between 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. The appointment states it should take 1 1/2 hours, yet the appointment did not even last half of that. The reason for my concern being the quality of lash placement, attention to detail, as well as the longevity of the lashes as time spent often reflects this. I paid £60 for 40 minutes of work.

The place has a heavy smell of chemicals, not sure how the girls can cope with it the whole day, also, I had to wait 35 minutes after my booking slot. Not great.
