Weird and unpleasant. This wasn't an Indian head massage, it was a woman scraping my face and scalp with a plastic tool and occasionally poking the fat on the back of my neck in a room that's brighter than the sun. She didn't speak any English so my requests and comments made no difference. Really can't believe they charge money for this and I would have withheld payment if I hadn't prepaid. Upsetting.

The venue itself has a nice decor and receptionist was welcoming. But the masseuse was a bit rude, I didn’t enjoy some of her massage techniques and I wasn’t offered water at the end. There were also adverts playing in between the music, which kind of spoilt the atmosphere.
