Terrible experience. I turned up for my appointment that they had no idea was happening. Was swiftly rushed through to the quickest gel polish I’ve ever had. She scratched off most of my nails in a frantic file and cut my cuticles in the process. Refused to do a third coat despite that being standard practice in most salons. All in all, an awful experience - a reminder to salons to not open a slot if you don’t want it booked. Will definitely not be returning.
