Terrible experience. I turned up for my appointment that they had no idea was happening. Was swiftly rushed through to the quickest gel polish I’ve ever had. She scratched off most of my nails in a frantic file and cut my cuticles in the process. Refused to do a third coat despite that being standard practice in most salons.
All in all, an awful experience - a reminder to salons to not open a slot if you don’t want it booked. Will definitely not be returning.

Their nail designs are beautiful and generally are good at drawing and nail art but my nails are falling apart after the session - I had semi permanent done as this is the one I normally go for in other salons too. I wish their nail care was at the same standard as their art
