Not been to this place for waxing before, Downstairs was dirty, Julie was friendly and tried her best but once I got home I realised quite a few hair were left in place. Also she was rushed by the manager asking how long she had left towards the end

Can’t say it was a good experience. They were double booked and then charged me more for the service which was rather frustrating. The front of house was also not welcoming. Which is odd as I’ve always had a good experience.
