The lady who took my appointment was very nice and did a great job, however they stuck to first come first served of seeing people despite having a booking. I was not seen for 1hr15 mins after scheduled appointment time meaning I had to rearrange all my plans. I did ask a couple of times how long the wait would be, rather frustrating as seems pointless booking. Good job and good value but would only return if I know I am not in a rush

I had to request for my nails to be painted over a few times as gaps were left on my nails, I was met with resistance. I like my nails to be painted to the edges. Having had so much resistance I cancelled my pedicure for the following day as I didn't like the service.
I then had to return after two days as my nails were chipping. I was told it was my fault, and nails can chip after 1 day. I've never had shellac chip before. They refused to paint them over, instead I had to do it myself.
