The lady who took my appointment was very nice and did a great job, however they stuck to first come first served of seeing people despite having a booking. I was not seen for 1hr15 mins after scheduled appointment time meaning I had to rearrange all my plans. I did ask a couple of times how long the wait would be, rather frustrating as seems pointless booking. Good job and good value but would only return if I know I am not in a rush
