Wish it was better - the shellac removal was harsh on my skin as the technician soaked my whole hands in acetone, the finish was poor and my nail tips looked rough as soon as I was home.

I didn't have to wait before someone became available which was great. They didn't have a few colours available which was a little annoying to have not been told before. Overall a great pedicure and manicure all done in under 2 hours!

I’d give this place -10 stars if I could. Service is shocking. This is the third time I’ve booked an appointment with them only to be called an hour before the appointment and told they don’t actually have the staff or the time slot free and ask me to reschedule to a different time at less than an hour notice. And then even when I agreed to come in later that day, they were late 35 mins for my appointment because apparently they were also running late with all appointments. If you have all day to waste and sit around for them to do 30 mins basic pedicure then go but if you have a life and other things to do they’re complete waste of time. Not to mention the service is nothing special so this is my last time coming here. I’m officially fed up after repeatedly giving them a second chance - there’s no signs of improvement whatsoever. If anything the service is getting worse with every next visit.
AVOID like the plague.
