Left disappointed by my manicure. Paid in advance for a gel manicure, when I got to the venue, I had to wait awhile and once I was seated the nail tech had another member pull up her chair next to me so they could chat during my manicure, which was a bit off putting. Because they were chatting I only got one hand moisturised and checked at the end. After 2 days my gel started to chip and almost all nails are lifting now 4 days in. Unfortunately would not recommend.

I was left waiting for almost 40 minutes for an appointment I had booked online. If you don’t have the staff available it’s wrong to take bookings. What’s the point in booking an appointment if it doesn’t mean I’ll get seen? Would not recommend this place at all, terrible customer service

Very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Try and get Lucy, she is a true professional that made me and my feet feel like a million dollars. Would definitely go back to Sudan for my pedicures!
