Gel Nails Manicure
I booked a wax, file and polish and pedicure and was left waiting for 35 mins as all staff were finishing up with other nails even though I had 3 bookings made with Treatwell which they accepted. I only had time for pedicure in the end and therapist was sloppy clearly pissed off with me that I couldn’t wait around for wax and file and polish. Would not recommend - no organisation or customer service.

Went for a file and polish on my toes. Treatment was fine but wasn’t too keen on the atmosphere in the salon. Receptionist’s tone with the therapists working there was rude.
