I was left waiting for almost 40 minutes for an appointment I had booked online. If you don’t have the staff available it’s wrong to take bookings. What’s the point in booking an appointment if it doesn’t mean I’ll get seen? Would not recommend this place at all, terrible customer service

Very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Try and get Lucy, she is a true professional that made me and my feet feel like a million dollars. Would definitely go back to Sudan for my pedicures!

I booked for eyebrow threading and shellac nails at 17.40 on Friday. I waited 15 mins then had my nails done first, after which I was told to wait downstairs for eyebrow threading. I sat in the chair for 20 mins and walked out in the end, as it was a lovely sunny day and they’d clearly forgotten about me. The salon is fine and you get what you pay for - but there’s really no point in booking. Every single time I’ve been there I’ve waited at least 15 mins past my appointment time.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Fitted me in last minute which was great, but I had a pedicure and no base or top coat was applied, nor any protective spray. Can’t believe it is going to last very long! Also the seat wasn’t particularly comfy.
