Everyone was very friendly and I like my gel nails! There was some confusion between the employees about who my appointment was with. One woman told me my appointment was with her then another woman kept asking me to go with her instead. She gave me a very short hand massage at the end which I thought was part of the gel polish treatment. Before I left she said she thought I had booked a manicure so I owed £5. They were cash only so I had to go to an ATM. The manicure treatment is not worth it

My nails were left scratched to the point I was embarrassed by them. I had to go out and buy a nail buffer to try and revive them slightly. I would not return here if you paid me. Had I not pre-paid on the app I would have refused to pay.

Had a recent appointment with Sudan. Booked with my usual technician however they tried to give me someone else. When I insisted for the nail tech I booked with, the lady at reception who Im pretty sure was Sudan got visible annoyed and argumentative. Customer service overall was poor! Terrible experience, will not be using their services again.

Wish it was better - the shellac removal was harsh on my skin as the technician soaked my whole hands in acetone, the finish was poor and my nail tips looked rough as soon as I was home.
