The therapist who did the pedicure wasn’t very friendly, seemed like she really couldn’t be bothered... Paying for a ‘luxury’ pedicure I was disappointed that I came home and still had hard skin to scrub/file myself (I hardly have any hard skin on my feet, so it appears the attention to detail is really lacking here). The 10 seconds ‘scrub’ was done with the therapist not even looking at my feet and distracted by conversations around her. The gel polish looks nice, wouldn’t recommend a pedicure.
Nails are great as always! And didn’t have to wait to be seen either:) Saba is always kind and attentive! Really good value for money, I can go 3 weeks between appointments without a single chip:)
Won’t be going back. The nails themselves are fine, it was all a little rushed and not a particularly relaxing experience but generally ok. But when I went to leave I was told I needed to pay £20. I’d paid in advance via Treatwell, showed them my receipt and online bank and my appointment on their system was even showing as ‘prepaid’, but they kept arguing I hadn’t. They told me to wait while they tried to call someone (not sure who) several times and eventually let me leave 15 mins later!
Took nearly an hour to do nails and despite that ended up with a terrible shellac manicure! Top coat was clearly very old as it wasn’t drying properly after trying several times, nails are uneven and will not last till the end of the day without smudging! Unfortunately wouldn’t go back
Saba was great doing my eyebrows! Not very chatty but I don’t really mind that. Amazing nail art, every client walks out happy from what I observe. Great little gem in Tooting Broadway!
