The staff told me off as apparently I hadn’t paid enough for my removal - said I had to go and get a fiver to pay for removal even though I was sure I did it right on treatwell. The woman doing my nails left loads of gel on my actual fingers and then told me off for my nails being too short so that was why she was going to leave it. At the end an apology was given to me as I had in fact paid the right amount but wasn’t exactly a nice experience. Won’t be returning

quite rough with my nails and it was almost 30 mins past my appointment time when I sat down in the chair to get my nails done

Waited almost 20 mins for my appointment. But the end result is good. Better to book through their own website as they seem to prioritise those clients
