Have unfortunately had to have 4 nails redone on my hands in less than a week since my booking due to them chipping and was told by another salon that the base layer hadn’t been left to set long enough hence why they are all weak and chipping. Never had that happen before when paying for gel nails in a salon, very disappointed.

This was the worst facial I have ever had. The location was just downstairs so you could hear everything in the nail salon upstairs. The face massage was erratic and not relaxing at all. Some kind of spray was very close to my face and made me uncomfortable. The steamer made a loud noise that was not relaxing at all. To top it off no moisturiser was put on my face after leaving a drying mask on it. The only thing that would improve my experience now is a refund.

I booked a few hours earlier, went there for a quick manicure but changed my mind last minute. They were happy to help and I'm really satisfied with the result.
