The waxing itself wasn’t too bad however the lady had to lean over me to get the wax which could of dripped on me, she put the after wax cream onto the same strip she’s used for the wax & she was talking through her headphones for the whole treatment. I initially thought she was talking to me so I said excuse me? However after the 3rd time I realised she was on the phone. Very unprofessional !!
