Just felt like the nail artist didn’t want to be there. Service wasn’t great - was kept waiting almost 20mins but no apology, manicure is ok but didn’t ask what shape I wanted so my nails are very different to what i usually have & a lot shorter!

Awful service. Booked and pre-paid for my appointment 3 weeks ago. I received a call to say they double booked and I need to change it or come back another day. I got another call later to say can you come earlier as someone cancelled. Pedicure was okay hence the 2 stars. Asked them to also remove my gel powder extensions and they were in such a rush to close. Soaked my hands into BOILING water. It was not removed properly and the state of my nails is atrocious. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Unfortunately, the staff do not prioritise those who have booked in advance and allow walk-ins even if it is too busy and causes booked customers to be seen way later and end up behind schedule.
*Saba did not do my nails, someone else did.
When I was finally seen (30 mins later than my booking time), I felt like my pedicure was slightly rushed…
Also, after a couple of days my gel has started to chip off of some of my nails (no fault of my own).
Need more organisation and professionalism.
