Had a recent appointment with Sudan. Booked with my usual technician however they tried to give me someone else. When I insisted for the nail tech I booked with, the lady at reception who Im pretty sure was Sudan got visible annoyed and argumentative. Customer service overall was poor! Terrible experience, will not be using their services again.

Wish it was better - the shellac removal was harsh on my skin as the technician soaked my whole hands in acetone, the finish was poor and my nail tips looked rough as soon as I was home.

I didn't have to wait before someone became available which was great. They didn't have a few colours available which was a little annoying to have not been told before. Overall a great pedicure and manicure all done in under 2 hours!
